Barn Lights

Hygiene Array Parlor Lights

Our Hygiene Array is a low-profile, impact resistant (IK10 certified) linear light producing up to 8,000 lumens for use primarily in parlors. Mount it on the butt tray of a parallel parlor or the water ring of a rotary parlor. Their low-profile housing IK10 impact certification ensures their durability in harsh environments.

The plug-and-play quick connectors and cabling provide an easy installation process. Use a single luminaire or connect up to 80’ (24.4m) luminaries in a single run. Designed with an embedded aluminum heatsink for cooling, each light lasts longer in hot and cold environments than other LED and incandescent lights. These lights are a strong investment as they can perform 100,000 hours at 77⁰ F (25⁰ C). The Hygiene Array is superior chemical and UV resistant with an IP68/IP69K rating.

Up to 8,000 lumen output provides clear and bright light on the herd’s udders which helps staff ensure cleanliness and can help identify any abnormalities earlier.

High Bay Peak Array Barn Lights

The AGM3 Peak Array LED High Bay light is specifically designed for dairy barns. The body style features its namesake peak which keeps birds from nesting on top. The Peak Array is constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum. It is UL Listed with an IP65 rating. Each unit features powder coated aluminum which enhances heat transfer and is corrosion proof. The plug-and-play installation is perfect for independent usage or to connect to an overarching control system to automate operation. All units are dimmable which means they are easily incorporated into any long-day lighting strategy.

After the peak, the most noticeable physical component of this light is its square shape. This unique design spreads the light in a wide footprint which reduces hot spots, shadows, and glare for the herd. Without these stressors, the herd is more relaxed.

Prioritize an animal-centered environment by utilizing Peak Array high bay lights in a barn today!

High Bay Optimal Ray Barn Lights

This is the optimal premium LED high bay light. It is ideal for long-day lighting systems and uses fewer fixtures than other inexpensive lights. Its unique design is perfect for “dusty” locations. The heat sink allows for the top to be smooth, so birds cannot nest on the fins. Premium efficiency, premium life and premium light spread makes it an ideal choice for the dairy industry. Connect multiple units to an overarching control system for custom illumination.

The Optimal Array is a tier above all other UFO, or circular style lights because it uses energy more efficiently and its internal components have more durable construction.

Low Bay Aurora Array Barn Lights

The Aurora Array is our leading Tri-Proof linear light. Tri-proof means that they are moisture, corrosion, and explosion-proof. Ideal for ceilings 14’ (4.3m) and under, this light makes a big impact. Completely sealed and safe to use in harsh environments, the Aurora can be used in the parlor, walkways, and low bay areas. The aluminum housing allows heat to escape quickly which extends the life of each unit.

The Aurora Array is available in 4’ (1.2m) and 8’ (2.4m) sections. Link the lighting units or use them independently. Adjust the intensity and color temperature on the unit itself or connect the units to an overarching control to automatically operate them. Just like its namesake, the Aurora Array produces brilliant light which completely illuminates its environment.

Polycarbonate Wall Panels

EnviroWall Polycarbonate allows natural light to come through without harmful UV rays. That’s right, sunlight is allowed through, but heat and harmful UV rays are completely denied.

Connect light sensors to an overarching lighting control system to leverage natural lighting with the indoor lighting structure. This means indoor lighting will dim and shut off as natural light increases, resulting in big savings on energy and bulb life.

The polycarbonate panels are corrosion and impact-resistant which means harsh weather conditions, such as hail, does not damage the panels. These stud-friendly panels are a cost-effective alternative to steel siding and can also be used as interior baffles.
